PRICE-CHANGE LOG · UPDATED OCT 28, 2026

THE SHORT ANSWER

Basecamp replaced its plans on October 20, 2026, between two archive copies taken at 13:07 and 18:35 UTC: Freelancer went from $25 to $29 a month and from 20 users to 5, the $59 Studio plan, which we treat as replaced by Pro, became $79 with a 10-user cap, and the top plan went from $299 to $199 a month billed annually ($329 billed monthly). Earlier in 2026, FreshBooks raised Lite from $21 to $23, Plus from $38 to $43 and Premium from $65 to $70 a month (between January 20 and February 2), and Harvest replaced Pro ($13.75 a seat billed monthly) with Teams from $11 (between January 4 and 24). 17hats did not change its list plan: it has sold one $60-a-month plan since at least April 2025. Its first-year "Save 50%" offer for skipping the trial has come and gone (shown in April 2025, hidden in the Oct 19, 2026 archive copy, shown again in our Oct 29, 2026 read) and is not a list-price change.

Our #1 pick is Workspace369. [Our editorial approach ↗](https://clientworkhq.net/about/#disclosure)

## Verified changes

One row per change, newest first. "Seen" is the date we first recorded the new value on the vendor's page; the change itself can be earlier, and "When" in each entry gives how narrowly archived copies place it. Rows marked "first seen in our guides" changed before we started this log, so their date is when our guides first quoted the new value; for those, the archive window is the date to cite. Follow new rows in a feed reader: [price-change RSS feed](https://clientworkhq.net/data/client-software-price-changes.xml).

Both cards carry the same tagline, "A great place to start with room to grow", and sit in the same position, so we treat Pro as the replacement for Studio. Time tracking is excluded on both.

Unlimited users and projects on both. The old FAQ called it "$300/month total"; the new FAQ says "$329/month total".

The Free plan is not new: it was on the page before this change too.

### FreshBooks: Lite, Plus and Premium list prices

- **Old:** Lite $21, Plus $38, Premium $65 a month
- **New:** Lite $23, Plus $43, Premium $70 a month
- **Billing basis:** Per account, billed monthly; yearly billing is 10% less (Lite $226.80 became $248.40 a year, Plus $410.40 became $464.40, Premium $702 became $756)

Prices are from the plan data each archived page renders from. Both copies also show a limited-time offer next to the list price; it is left out. Select is quoted on request in both. Team members stay $11 a month per user.

### Harvest: Pro became Teams, with a lower starting seat price

- **Old:** Pro: $13.75 per seat a month billed monthly, $11 billed yearly
- **New:** Teams: from $11 per seat a month billed monthly, from $9 billed yearly (no "Unlimited projects" line; by Oct 24, 2026 extra invoices, projects, clients and tasks are "billed based on what you use")
- **Billing basis:** Per seat
- **When:** Between Jan 4, 2026 07:50 UTC and Jan 24, 2026 11:08 UTC. First seen in our guides on Sep 30, 2026.
- **Source:** [Harvest pricing page](https://www.getharvest.com/pricing)
- **Evidence:** [Internet Archive copy, Jan 4, 2026 (Pro and Premium)](https://web.archive.org/web/20260104075004/https://www.getharvest.com/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Jan 24, 2026 (Teams and Enterprise)](https://web.archive.org/web/20260124110840/https://www.getharvest.com/pricing)
- **Our guides:** [Agency Software Cost in 2026: A Five-Person Stack](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/agency-software-cost/), [Harvest Alternatives 2026: Time Tracking That Ends in an Invoice](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/harvest-alternatives/)

The new cards say "starting from". By Oct 24, 2026 the page also says that additional invoices, projects, clients and tasks are "billed based on what you use"; that line is not on the Jan 24 copy, and we have not dated it more closely. The Free plan (1 seat, 2 projects) is the same on both copies. The Jan 4 table also had a projects row for the paid plans; the Jan 24 table no longer lists one. By Oct 24 the Free card no longer lists "Reporting basics", and Teams shows $108 a seat billed annually.

### 17hats: Plan lineup (our error, not a 17hats change)

- **Old:** Our pages: three levels with different workflow features
- **New:** One all-inclusive plan: $60 a month, $600 a year or $800 for two years; 7-day trial
- **Billing basis:** Per account; extra users and brands are add-ons with no published price
- **When:** No change to 17hats’ list plan: all nine Internet Archive copies from Apr 29, 2025 to Oct 19, 2026 show the one plan (three are linked below; we checked the other six the same way). Seen by us on Oct 27, 2026.
- **Source:** [17hats pricing page](https://www.17hats.com/pricing)
- **Evidence:** [Internet Archive copy, Apr 29, 2025](https://web.archive.org/web/20250429184056/https://www.17hats.com/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Mar 11, 2026](https://web.archive.org/web/20260311072237/https://www.17hats.com/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Oct 19, 2026](https://web.archive.org/web/20261019223253/https://www.17hats.com/pricing)
- **Our guides:** [Best HoneyBook Alternatives in 2026](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/best-honeybook-alternatives/), [Best Dubsado Alternatives in 2026: Compared](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/best-dubsado-alternatives/), [Bonsai vs Moxie vs 17hats vs Plutio (2026): Which One Fits?](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/bonsai-vs-moxie-vs-17hats-vs-plutio/)

The page code carries a hidden section headed "In-Depth Look at Each Level" and a hidden FAQ ("Which plan should I choose?") that names the old Essentials, Standard and Premier levels, in both the Apr 2025 and Oct 2026 archive copies. In our Oct 27, 2026 browser read, the visible text (237 words) shows only the one-plan offer and none of those names. What did change on 17hats’ side is an offer, not the plan: the Apr 29, 2025 copy shows "Save 50% on your first year" (a yearly plan for $300 or two years for $400), the Oct 19, 2026 copy keeps that text but hides it on the banner and the yearly and two-year buttons (a mobile-only monthly button still carries it), our Oct 27 read did not show it, and our Oct 29 read showed it again (on the yearly and two-year plans, when you skip the trial). Offers are not logged as price changes. Our guides quoted the hidden level section until Oct 27, 2026; they now quote only the visible one-plan offer.

### Harvest: Premium became Enterprise; seat price hidden, then back at the Premium prices

- **Old:** Premium: $17.50 per seat a month billed monthly, $14 billed yearly (Jan 4, 2026)
- **New:** Enterprise: from $17.50 per seat a month billed monthly, from $14 billed yearly (Oct 24, 2026); shown as "Customizable" on Jan 24, 2026
- **Billing basis:** Per seat
- **When:** Renamed between Jan 4, 2026 07:50 UTC and Jan 24, 2026 11:08 UTC, with the price shown as "Customizable"; the old Premium prices were back as starting prices by the Oct 24, 2026 copy. Seen by us on Oct 28, 2026.
- **Source:** [Harvest pricing page](https://www.getharvest.com/pricing)
- **Evidence:** [Internet Archive copy, Jan 4, 2026 (Pro and Premium)](https://web.archive.org/web/20260104075004/https://www.getharvest.com/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Jan 24, 2026 (Teams and Enterprise)](https://web.archive.org/web/20260124110840/https://www.getharvest.com/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Oct 24, 2026 (Enterprise prices shown)](https://web.archive.org/web/20261024054910/https://www.getharvest.com/pricing)
- **Our guides:** [Agency Software Cost in 2026: A Five-Person Stack](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/agency-software-cost/), [Harvest Alternatives 2026: Time Tracking That Ends in an Invoice](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/harvest-alternatives/)

Not counted as a price change: the seat prices went back to the Premium figures, now as starting prices under a new name. The Oct 24 copy also adds an Enterprise Plus tier with custom pricing.

### Pipedrive: Projects add-on starting price

- **Old:** Starting from CA$16.66 (Oct 16, 2026 archive copy)
- **New:** Starting from CA$16 (Oct 23, 2026 archive copy), the same as on Sep 26
- **Billing basis:** The card says "Starting from" and names no billing period. The archive copies show Canadian dollars only
- **When:** Between Oct 16, 2026 21:31 UTC and Oct 23, 2026 18:28 UTC. Seen by us on Oct 27, 2026.
- **Source:** [Pipedrive pricing page](https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing)
- **Evidence:** [Internet Archive copy, Sep 26, 2026 (from CA$16)](https://web.archive.org/web/20260926123011/https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Oct 16, 2026 (from CA$16.66)](https://web.archive.org/web/20261016213148/https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing); [Internet Archive copy, Oct 23, 2026 (from CA$16)](https://web.archive.org/web/20261023182849/https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing)
- **Our guides:** [Pipedrive Review 2026 for Service Businesses: Great Pipeline, Then What?](https://clientworkhq.net/blog/pipedrive-review/)

Not counted as a price change: the starting price returned to its September value, and the archived evidence is in Canadian dollars. Our own US-dollar reads showed $16.66 on Oct 18 and $16 on Oct 27; those reads are not published.

## Corrections to our own pages

Not every difference we find is a vendor change. When the error was ours, it is listed here and not counted above.

- [17hats: Plan lineup (our error, not a 17hats change)](https://clientworkhq.net/research/price-changes/#17hats-one-plan). No change to 17hats’ list plan: all nine Internet Archive copies from Apr 29, 2025 to Oct 19, 2026 show the one plan (three are linked below; we checked the other six the same way).

## Watched, not counted

Movements we saw but do not count as a price change, because the evidence is not strong enough or the price went back to an earlier value.

- [Harvest: Premium became Enterprise; seat price hidden, then back at the Premium prices](https://clientworkhq.net/research/price-changes/#harvest-premium-to-enterprise). Renamed between Jan 4, 2026 07:50 UTC and Jan 24, 2026 11:08 UTC, with the price shown as "Customizable"; the old Premium prices were back as starting prices by the Oct 24, 2026 copy.
- [Pipedrive: Projects add-on starting price](https://clientworkhq.net/research/price-changes/#pipedrive-projects). Between Oct 16, 2026 21:31 UTC and Oct 23, 2026 18:28 UTC.

## How a change gets on this list

- This is not a complete list. We have not yet compared archived 2026 copies for HoneyBook, Dubsado, Bonsai, Moxie, Plutio, Calendly, Copper or Keap; a vendor missing here has not been cleared of a change.
- We re-read each vendor's own public pricing page. A difference from our last recorded value is a candidate, not yet a change.
- A candidate becomes a row only when a dated copy of the page from before and after shows it: an [Internet Archive](https://web.archive.org/) capture or our own saved read. If the old page shows the same thing, our earlier record was wrong, and it goes under corrections.
- Prices are the vendor's list prices in US dollars with the billing basis the page states. Introductory discounts, sale banners, taxes and payment fees are not logged.
- No accounts were opened and nothing was bought. Pages that block automated reading are not worked around; they wait for a browser read.
- Current prices for every tool we cover are in the [client software pricing tracker](https://clientworkhq.net/research/client-software-pricing/); this log records only what moved. The log data is licensed [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/): cite Client Work HQ, link this page and give the "seen" date.
