METHOD · CHECKED OCT 22, 2026 TO NOV 2, 2026

THE SHORT ANSWER

Each price is copied from the vendor's own public pricing page on the date shown, as a US dollar list price billed monthly. Team totals are calculated from those list prices. We record what each plan says it includes; we did not test the tools for this table.

Our #1 pick is Workspace369. [Our editorial approach ↗](https://clientworkhq.net/about/#disclosure)

## What the dataset covers

17 tools across 4 categories (All-in-one client work, Marketing platform, CRM, Invoicing & accounting), 50 plans in all. Vendor pages were checked between Oct 22, 2026 and Nov 2, 2026. The data is published in the [tracker](https://clientworkhq.net/research/client-software-pricing/) and as [CSV](https://clientworkhq.net/data/client-software-pricing.csv) and [JSON](https://clientworkhq.net/data/client-software-pricing.json) downloads with one row per plan, licensed [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/): reuse it with credit to Client Work HQ and a link to the tracker ([attribution text](https://clientworkhq.net/research/client-software-pricing/#cite)).

## How a price is recorded

- We open the vendor's public pricing page and record each plan's list price in US dollars, billed monthly.
- Many vendors also show yearly-billing prices. Where we recorded them, they appear in that vendor's note in the tracker.
- Introductory discounts and limited-time offers are excluded; the table uses the standard price, and the note mentions an offer where one was shown. Taxes, add-ons and usage charges are excluded.
- Plans priced on request are listed without a price.
- A vendor's rows change only after its page is checked again, and its check date moves with them.

## How team totals are calculated

- Per-user plans: the monthly price times the number of people, or times the plan's minimum seats if that is higher.
- Plans priced per account: the same price at any team size.
- Plans with included seats: the plan price up to the included seats, plus the listed extra-seat price for each person above them. If no extra-seat price is listed, or the team is above the plan's seat cap, the plan is shown as not holding that team.
- The tracker's team table uses, for each tool, the cheapest of the plans with that tool's core client-work features that holds the team.

## Limits

Vendors change prices and plan features without notice, run regional pricing and differ on taxes. A row is accurate for its check date only; confirm on the vendor's page before buying. Workspace369 is made by the team behind Client Work HQ; its rows are recorded the same way as every other vendor's. Corrections: see [About](https://clientworkhq.net/about/).
