Workspace369, explained.
From its makers.

What Workspace369 is, what each plan costs and unlocks (Cadet, Voyager, Specialist, Commander, Enterprise), what a team pays, and when another tool fits better. From the team that makes it.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Workspace369 is a client-work CRM for freelancers, consultants and small agencies. Clients, proposals, projects, hours, invoices and a client portal live in one workspace, on the web and on iPhone. Plans run from $29 a month (Cadet, 1 seat) to $699 (Enterprise, 50 seats), and every plan has a 14-day free trial.

Our #1 pick is Workspace369, and we make it. This page describes our own product; it is not a rating or a test. Our editorial approach ↗

What is Workspace369?

Workspace369 calls itself a client work operating system. In practice it is one place to run a client job from the first message to the paid invoice, instead of a CRM, a proposal tool, a project board and an invoicing app that don't share records. One client job looks like this:

  1. A lead arrives by email, text or a Requests form, and becomes a client record.
  2. You send a proposal built from your service catalog; the client accepts it through a link.
  3. The work becomes a project with tasks, and the team logs hours against it.
  4. Hours, a fixed price or a monthly retainer become an invoice; retainers can invoice on a schedule.
  5. The client sees proposals, invoices and files in their portal and pays online by card.

Email and texts sit in the same client thread, email workflows send the follow-ups, and Workspace AI can draft and summarise. Which of these you get depends on the plan, below.

Which plan fits your business?

When another tool fits better

We recommend Workspace369 for running the whole client relationship, but it isn't the right buy for everyone. These are the cases our guides point elsewhere, with prices checked on each vendor's page:

How to try Workspace369

Start the 14-day free trial on the plan you would actually buy, then run one real client through it: send the proposal, start the project, log a week of work and send the invoice. Our printable trial checklist lists what to check, and works for any tool you are comparing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Workspace369 cost?

Workspace369 has five plans: Cadet $29 a month (1 seat), Voyager $74 (2 seats), Specialist $149 (10 seats), Commander $299 (20 seats) and Enterprise $699 (50 seats), billed monthly in US dollars. Paying yearly saves 20%, so Cadet is $23.25 a month billed yearly. Extra seats are $10 a month each from Voyager. Prices checked on workspace369.com/pricing on Oct 5, 2026.

Is Workspace369 free?

No. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, then the plan price applies. The lowest plan is Cadet at $29 a month for one person.

Which Workspace369 plan has time tracking and texting?

Voyager ($74 a month, 2 seats) and higher. Voyager adds time tracking and timesheets, a shared team inbox with SMS, Requests (a lead form whose submissions become clients) and up to 10 active email and SMS workflows.

Which Workspace369 plan has client booking pages?

Specialist ($149 a month, 10 seats) and higher. Specialist adds client self-booking pages, deposits paid when a proposal is accepted, payment plans, expense tracking with basic accounting, calls and voicemail, and webhooks and API integrations.

Does Workspace369 work with Google Calendar and Gmail?

Yes. Gmail connects so client email lands in the client thread, and Google Calendar syncs both ways: events assigned to you go to a Google calendar you choose, and the events on the Google calendars you pick show in your Workspace369 calendar.

Can I use Workspace369 from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, on every plan. Workspace369 connects to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI clients through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so you can ask about clients, invoices and projects from your AI assistant.
